Overview
This is the whole-bus version of our two most-booked cabin buses. Charter an HK Open Tour or Sao Viet sleeper for $485–500 a bus each way, and the 20-plus private cabins are all yours. It suits company trips, wedding parties and big families of 15 to 30 people.
Because the bus runs for your group alone, you set the departure time — day or night — and pick-up can be your Hanoi hotel or Noi Bai Airport. We confirm the bus and driver directly with the operator and send everything by email.

Schedule & Availability
Charters run on your clock, not a timetable — morning, afternoon or overnight departures all work. Tell us your date and preferred time on WhatsApp or in the booking form; book at least 3 days ahead so the operator can free up a bus.

Why Choose a Whole-Bus Charter?
Booked per berth, a cabin bus is a shared ride — chartered whole, it turns into your group’s private sleeper.
- Ideal for Groups: The cabin layout is perfect for groups of friends, families, or companies looking for a shared yet private travel experience.
- Flexible Schedules, Multiple Departure Times: the bus offers several daily departures, including both daytime and overnight options, so you can plan your trip your way.
- Convenient Pick-up & Drop-off: The bus will pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and Sapa, saving you time and effort.
Fewer than 15 people? Book cabins per person on the HK bus or Sao Viet bus instead — or compare every option on our VIP cabin bus guide.

Additional Info
Luggage Allowance
- One large suitcase and one bag per person is fine — there is rack space and room under the berths in every cabin.
Other
- Eating on board is not allowed — it keeps the cabins clean. The bus stops at rest stations on the way where your group can eat and drink.
- The interior of each bus is meticulously cleaned and vacuumed after every trip. Buses are washed daily and undergo monthly maintenance.
- Each cabin is equipped with a leather mattress and pillow, as well as a soft velvet blanket for added comfort.
- Please note that travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
FAQs
The trip typically takes around 6-7 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
The Sao Viet bus has an onboard toilet — the only cabin bus on this route that does. The HK bus does not, but both stop at rest areas along the highway.
Yes, the bus is perfect for groups of 15 to 30 people, offering private cabins that allow everyone to travel together comfortably and conveniently. A whole bus is $485–500 each way, so a full group pays less per person than buying separate berths. Smaller groups can charter too — the bus price stays the same, it just costs more per head.
A sleeper bus where every seat is replaced by a private lie-flat pod — a 90 × 180 cm bed with curtains, a window and charging. Chartered whole, your group gets 20-plus of them on one bus.
