What currencies can I pay in?
Prices on Sapa Nomad are displayed in USD. Your card or local method will automatically convert at the current exchange rate. Some gateways (PayPal, Tazapay) support direct billing in your local currency.
Will I be charged extra fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. Your bank may apply standard international transaction fees (usually 1–3% — check with your bank).
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your departure time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee depending on the booking type. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What if my payment fails?

Can I pay in cash on arrival?
