Overview
Six to seventeen of you and one door-to-door ride: that’s what this van is for. A private limousine van picks your group up at your Hanoi hotel or Noi Bai Airport and leaves when you say. Everyone is dropped at the hotel in Sapa Town 5.5–6 hours later — no splitting into two cars, no station at either end.
The 9- and 11-seat vans are the ones most groups book: reclining leather seats in a 2+1 layout, room for luggage behind the back row. The 16- and 18-seaters are standard minibuses for bigger groups. We run these transfers every week; the driver knows the mountain road and speaks basic English.

Why Choose a Private Limousine Van?
One vehicle, whole group: up to 17 people and all the bags in one van — cheaper per head than two cars, and nobody gets separated. Your timing: leave Hanoi at 5am for a full day in Sapa, or after breakfast; airport pickups at any hour, no night surcharge.
Door to door, both ends: hotel or Noi Bai to your Sapa hotel — no station, no shuttle. Stops for photos or a meal on request.
The trade-offs: it costs more than seats on a shared van — shared limousine vans run from $22 a person if there are only two or three of you. And drivers speak basic English; our booking team handles the details in full English before travel day.
