It calls itself Sapa’s first sky bar, and the shape still shows it. Inside is a glass-walled lounge; outside, an open deck with rattan seats along the rail. The venue puts its capacity at 250 — this is a big roof, not a small one.
By day, it runs as a view café for coffee and afternoon tea. After dark, the LEDs turn purple and lounge music takes over, with live sets on weekend nights. You do not need to be a hotel guest — walk into the lobby, take the lift, sit down.
