Staying at Sapa Vista Hotel was a great choice for easy access to Sapa’s best spots! The hotel’s location, only 0.6 km from the city center, made it a breeze to explore the vibrant markets, charming ethnic villages, and breathtaking mountain views. 

Not to mention, popular destinations Cat Cat Village, and Sunplaza were within reach, making sightseeing a delight. Whether it’s a stroll through the markets or an adventure in the mountains, Sapa Vista Hotel’s convenient location is perfect for a memorable stay. I enjoyed exploring Sapa thanks to the hotel’s prime location!

My friends and I planned our Sapa trip well in advance, securing a lovely glass room on the third floor at the Sapa Vista Hotel. The spacious, fully furnished room offered breathtaking views from various angles, even catching glimpses of the passing funicular. Despite coming early, we were greeted kindly. 

However, the bathroom water temperature was difficult to manage, swinging between burning and freezing. And the room’s dim lighting due to the poor electrical system made nighttime navigation challenging. Yet, the overall experience was pleasant, marred only by these minor inconveniences. This 3-star hotel provided a comfortable stay with unforgettable vistas, perfect for a memorable mountain retreat.

I loved the additional hotel amenities available at Sapa Vista Hotel, such as the small bar that provided a cozy space to unwind and enjoy special wines. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Sapa. The inviting atmosphere of the bar made it a great place to socialize with other guests or simply enjoy a quiet drink alone.

I had the opportunity to join one of their organized tours to explore the beauty of Sapa at Sapa Vista Hotel. The tour was a hit among both local and international travelers, especially younger ones. 

The hotel took care of everything from start to finish, providing a worry-free experience filled with fun activities and cultural immersion. Renting a bicycle or motorbike from the hotel allowed me to freely roam the misty roads of Sapa, escaping the hustle and bustle of city life and diving into the serene village landscapes of the Northwest mountains. 

Dining: Restaurants, cuisine options, dining experience

The Violet restaurant offers a fantastic “free” breakfast with Asian dishes, buffets, and options for vegetarians or those on a gluten-free diet. While the food was delicious, I felt the breakfast menu could have been more diverse. 

Nevertheless, the highlight was their delicious hot pot, which catered to both seafood and meat lovers, with options available for vegetarians too. Despite the limited breakfast choices, the Violet restaurant at this hotel ensures a satisfying start to your day with its tasty offerings.

Customer Service: Staff Friendliness, Responsiveness To Needs

What stands out most about Sapa Vista Hotel is the incredible service from the staff and managers. Their warmth and friendliness make you feel truly cared for. During meals, they always check in on us, ensuring the food meets our expectations and eagerly seeking feedback. One time, I mentioned a preference for spicier food, and they immediately customized my dish to suit my taste. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for customer satisfaction make dining at Sapa Vista a delightful experience.

Conclusion

In conclusion, my experience at Sapa Vista Hotel was truly memorable. Despite minor setbacks like the tricky bathroom water temperature, the prime location and incredible service from the staff and managers made it all worthwhile. From exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Sapa to unwinding in the cozy bar, every moment was enriched by the warmth and hospitality of this convenient Hotel.
