The room at Panorama hotel Sapa I stayed in was quite spacious and they even had a convenient elevator. I was happy to find that the room I booked did indeed have a panoramic view, showcasing the beautiful city and mountains. However, one quirky thing was that the windows in the bathroom were transparent, which was a bit odd since I could see through them from my bed. 

Despite that, the room was clean and stylish, and all amenities were in good working condition. The bathroom was especially impressive with a modern shower and plenty of hot water. When the clouds cleared, the view from my room was simply breathtaking. It was a comfortable and value-for-money stay overall.

The breakfast at Panorama Hotel Sapa was included in my room booking. Each morning, I enjoyed a complimentary buffet breakfast filled with diverse dishes typical of the Northwest highlands. However, after a few days, I found myself eating the same breakfast options repeatedly, which became a bit monotonous. 

While the food was adequate, featuring fried rice, noodles, pho, porridge, sausages, bread with jam and butter, and salads, I craved more variety. Although the convenience of having afternoon tea and coffee served in my room was nice, I wished for a wider selection to keep things interesting throughout my stay.

I was really impressed with the staff at Panorama Hotel Sapa. They were incredibly pleasant and responsive to our needs. When we arrived, they allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. 

The receptionist also gave us great advice on the best times to visit local attractions, organized our car transfers, and even provided us with tickets featuring QR codes to skip the lines. Their level of service was exceptional and really made our stay stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend because of the fantastic customer service we received.
