Does Futa Ha Son have a toilet on board?
No — the bus makes two rest stops during the roughly 6-hour trip. If an onboard toilet matters to you, Sao Viet is the only cabin operator on this route that has one.
Where does the bus arrive in Sapa?
At the operator’s own station on Dien Bien Phu, numbers 571–575 (on Google Maps: “Ben Xe Khach Sa Pa”). From there a free minivan runs you to your hotel in Sapa Town.
If I book a double cabin for 1 person, do I need to share it with someone else?
No, you don’t have to share your double cabin with anyone. Even if you travel alone, the double cabin will be for your private use only.
Can we get cabins close together or side by side?
Yes, we always try to arrange cabins side by side depending on the bus availability. Please mention your request in advance when booking for the best arrangement.
What if our flight is delayed or arrives earlier – can we change to a later or earlier bus?
If your flight time changes, please inform us at least 5 hours before departure. Depending on the bus availability at that time, we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative departure for you.
