Each bus usually has 11 to 12 single cabins on the upper deck and 11 to 12 double cabins on the lower deck.
The cabins are arranged in 5 to 6 rows, with 5 rows on the upper deck and 5 to 6 rows on the lower deck.

From Sapa to Hanoi, will the bus pick up and drop off at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter?

G8 Open Tour offers free pick-up by minivan from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter for group > 3 pax. However, for drop-offs, the bus can only take you to 160 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. From there, you will need to take a taxi to your hotel.

Can we get cabins close together or side by side?

We will always try to arrange cabins side by side, depending on the bus’s availability.

Can we leave our luggage at the bus office?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the G8 Open Tour Office located at 14 Nguyen Huu Huan Alley, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, or at 411 Dien Bien Phu Street, Sapa Town, Lao Cai.

We booked a sleeper bus seat to Sa Pa return. We had to change our return trip due to illness, and tbis was no problem for tbis company. We would travel with them again, no hesitation.

We took the sapa nomad sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa and it was a great experience.
The staff are very approachable.
They provide water as well to and fro.
On the way back from Sapa to Hanoi, my pillow was slightly dirty and i asked the staff to change it and they changed to a clean pillowcase which was great.
Need to take note of the bus which is “G8 tour” and not “Sapa Nomad” but you can book via “Sapa Nomad” website for the sleeper bus.
Upper deck cabin is for 1 person and you need to climb, won’t be suitable for persons with mobility issues. lower deck is for 2 persons.
There’s 2 toilet stops. Roughly about 6 hour journey including stops.
Overall great experience.
