08:15: Arrived at Sapa for people who book the Transfer to Sapa from Lao Cai Train Station.

Lao Cai Station to Hanoi Station (21:30 – 05:35)

18:00: Start at Sapa Town for people who book the Transfer to Lao Cai Train Station from Sapa.
20:40: Arrived at Lao Cai Train Station for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for paper tickets at this point
21:30: Departed to Hanoi Train Station
05:30: Arrived at Hanoi Train Station

This is our 1st experience booking on sleeper train cabin via Sapanomad website, the staffs Ms Tracy and Mr Hung are very patients and helpful to answer my questions.

The family express train’s cabin provide a welcome snacks, fruits,mineral water and toothbrushes set, train cabin is very clean and cosy, my family got a dedicated room, we really enjoyed the ride.
