The shortest trek we run, and the closest to town: a gentle descent into Cat Cat Village — wooden H’mong houses, the Cat Cat Waterfall, and the remains of a French-built hydroelectric station — then quiet trails along rice terraces to Y Linh Ho, a smaller hamlet by the Muong Hoa stream. Our driver meets you there for the ride back. 8 km, no hard climbs, done in a morning or an afternoon.
Tour Options: Private only — $22–49/person depending on group size, with your own guide. Two departures daily: 8:00 AM (back by noon) or 2:00 PM (back by 5:30). Entrance fees and the return car are included.

Absolutely. This tour encourages respectful cultural exchange. You may visit a local home, see traditional crafts or farming practices, and enjoy conversations with villagers if they’re open to sharing.
Lightweight, breathable clothing is best. Please dress respectfully as you’ll be visiting villages — avoid short shorts or revealing tops. A long-sleeved shirt and hat also help protect against sun exposure.
Yes, the trek is family-friendly. Children aged 5 and up can usually join comfortably, and older adults who are able to walk 3–4 hours at a relaxed pace will enjoy the tour too
Yes — every departure is private: just your group and your own guide, starting from your hotel in Sapa town. Pick the 8:00 AM or 2:00 PM start when you book.
