27 Cầu Mây — the newer, smaller room (4.7★) right on the walking street, opening 7:30 AM. Louder and livelier; take it in the evening when Cầu Mây fills up and you want a window on the crowd.
When to come
Doors open 7 AM and close 11 PM — one of the latest closes among Sapa cafés. That makes Cộng the fallback answer to “everything is shutting, where do we go?” Mornings are quiet; weekend evenings fill up after 8 PM.
