Cabin Location and Size

Cabin Location:

• Each bus usually has 11 to 12 single cabins on the upper deck and 11 to 12 double cabins on the lower deck.
• The cabins are arranged in 5 to 6 rows, with 5 rows on the upper deck and 5 to 6 rows on the lower deck.
• In each row, there are two cabins that face each other and are placed side by side.
• Every cabin has windows, curtains allowing passengers to enjoy the scenery during the trip.

Cabin Size:

• Both Double and Single Cabins have the same dimensions: 90cm wide and 180cm long.
• Double Cabins are located on the lower deck and are suitable for two slim passengers.
• Single Cabins are located on the upper deck and are designed for one person.

Way from Hanoi to Sapa

• 7:00 and 22:00 everyday we pick up at the meeting point 160 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi or Noi Bai Airport
• The bus can also drop by Noi Bai Office for pickup passenger
• 13:00 and 4:00 arrive Kadham Sapa Bus (Kad Bus Sapa, 645 Đường Điện Biên Phủ, Sa Pa)

Way from Sapa to Hanoi

• 14:00 and 22:00 everyday we pick up at the meeting point Kadham Bus Sapa Office 645 Dien Bien Phu Str, Sapa, Lao Cai
• The bus can also drop by Noi Bai Office for passenger who want to go to Airport
• 20:00 and 4:00 arrive 160 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

Luggage Allowance

• Each passenger is allowed to bring up to 25kg of luggage.
• In addition, passengers can carry one small handbag.

Seat type

• Individual Cabin: Located on the 2nd floor of the bus.
• Important Notice: If all 2nd-floor cabins are fully booked, a cabin on the 1st floor will be reserved for you instead.

Other

• Children aged 0 to 4 can travel for free as long as they share a seat with their parents.
• Please note that the duration of the transfer may vary depending on traffic conditions.
• Passengers are not permitted to eat any food on board.
