My family chose a city-view room at Sapa Relax Hotel since mountain-view rooms were unavailable. Surprisingly, we still enjoyed glimpses of the mountains, leaving us quite content. The room’s luxurious design and exceptionally comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep. It was impeccably clean, quiet, and spotless.

Additionally, the room was equipped with various amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee maker, and complimentary toiletries, enhancing our stay. However, the soundproofing wasn’t great, and we could hear noise from outside

Lounge Bar at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa

At Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa, I had the pleasure of visiting Café Relax, the hotel’s lounge bar. The ambiance was delightful, with a cool atmosphere and a stunning view of the flower valley. I enjoyed sipping on a variety of delicious drinks, including coffee, traditional Vietnamese fruit juice, and refreshing cocktails and mocktails. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring Sapa.

Spa – Massage

During my stay at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa, I had the chance to indulge in their amazing amenities. The full-body massage was incredibly relaxing, and the herbal massage left me feeling rejuvenated. Their acupressure service also helped relieve some of the tension I had been carrying around.

But what impressed me was the famous herbal bath they offer. Not only did it have a soothing effect on my joints and muscles, but it’s also said to have skin benefits! After trying it out, I could feel a difference.

During our stay at Sapa Relax Hotel, we were treated to a complimentary breakfast, which turned out to be amazing. The buffet spread offered a delightful mix of Asian and European dishes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made waffles – they were just perfect, not too sweet. The breakfast was not only delicious but also nutritious and hygienic.

The hotel’s cafe on the 6th floor was a pleasant surprise, and we even received a free drink there. I fell in love with their honey lemon tea, and when I asked for the recipe, the staff graciously showed me how to make it. Their kindness truly made our experience memorable, and everything about our stay here was fantastic.

However, there were some minor drawbacks, such as limited vegetarian options and occasional delays in service during peak hours. Despite these small issues, our dining experience at Sapa Relax Hotel was mostly delightful.

Arriving at Sapa Relax Hotel in the early morning after a long train journey, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff. Despite the early hours, they greeted us with Jujube Tea, which was comforting in the chilly weather. Although our booked room wasn’t ready for check-in, the hotel manager kindly provided us with a spare room for a 2-hour rest and shower. The staff’s friendliness and enthusiasm made our stay enjoyable. We sincerely appreciated their readiness to meet our needs.

Conclusion

I must say that it was a mixed experience at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The accommodation was comfortable and the service was satisfactory. The hotel’s location was convenient, giving guests quick access to neighboring attractions. However, there were certain drawbacks to my stay. The soundproofing in the rooms left much to be desired, as I could hear noise from outside quite clearly. Additionally, as a vegetarian, I found the restaurant options limited. Despite these issues, my stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the hotel’s efforts to make my time in Sapa comfortable.
