I always choose Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa whenever I visit Sapa, and it never disappoints! The wooden bungalow room offers a picturesque valley view, perfect for capturing the beauty of the ripe rice fields. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and room service is prompt and delicious, especially on rainy evenings.
Although the heater wasn’t very effective, and the room was a bit dim with a slight odor in the toilet, the overall view was breathtaking, even on foggy days. The room’s interior is beautifully designed and well-maintained. However, during the winter season, it can get quite cold due to the high ceiling and mezzanine floor layout. Despite this, the electric mat on the bed kept me warm and comfortable throughout the night.

I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to unwind at Sapa Treatment in Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa. The experience was quite gratifying! Each treatment, from the soothing massages to the revitalizing acupressure, left me feeling refreshed. The Red Dao people’s traditional herbal baths were a highlight, relaxing both body and mind. Let’s not forget the relaxing hot stone therapy! The Spa’s spaciousness and airy environment were just amazing, providing a tranquil retreat with a breathtaking view of the Muong Hoa Valley.
Swimming Pool
I had an amazing time at the Tus dej Swimming Pool at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa! The infinity view of the Muong Hoa Valley was absolutely breathtaking, making it the ultimate relaxation spot. I loved that the pool water was warm no matter the season, ensuring a cozy swim every time. Plus, the flexibility to switch between indoor and outdoor pool spaces was fantastic.
However, I think it would be helpful to have staff present at the pool and sauna area to guide guests, ensuring a smoother and safer experience.

My dining experience at Noj Restaurant was fantastic! The hotel had a cozy, family-friendly vibe, and the public areas weren’t too crowded, which was nice. I was thrilled to find a good variety of breakfast options, especially since I’d been eating Vietnamese food for weeks. The restaurant had a charming design inspired by ethnic architecture, and the food was delicious and unique. It was open all day, but breakfast with a stunning view was my favorite. The only downside was that sometimes the service was a bit slow during busy times, but it didn’t detract much from the overall experience.
Zeb Bar’s impressive design created a romantic atmosphere perfect for enjoying unique drinks. At Pob Pub, nestled in the basement of the Nest Castle service area, I savored famous wines unique to Sapa. These spots offered delightful experiences, adding to the overall charm of my stay.

I found the staff at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa to be incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to take care of everything I needed during my stay. However, there was one small issue. For instance, when I requested extra towels, it took a bit longer than expected for them to be delivered to my room.
