If there's one person who knows the Hanoi-to-Sapa route inside out, it's Tracy. As our Sales & Transport Expert, she has personally ridden every major bus operator, tested VIP cabins at 2 AM, and timed how long each company actually takes versus what they promise.
Tracy joined Sapa Nomad in 2021 and quickly became the go-to person for transport advice. She works directly with bus and train operators — negotiating schedules, checking cabin conditions, and verifying pickup points so our guides stay accurate. When a new sleeper bus launches or a company changes its route, Tracy is usually on the first ride.
