Staying at the Sapa Lodge Hotel was wonderful. My room had a cozy sofa and a handy work desk. I enjoyed having a balcony with beautiful views and appreciated the quiet thanks to soundproof windows. The flat-screen TV and minibar fridge were convenient touches.

I selected a Deluxe Double mountain view room at Sapa Lodge Hotel, enchanted by its promise of romance and comfort. The room was indeed beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities up to 3-star standards. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the mattress provided a cozy night’s sleep. However, I was slightly disappointed by the noise coming from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my tranquility at times.

While at Sapa Lodge Hotel, I tried their basic spa services like body massage and acupressure. While the offerings weren’t extensive, they were relaxing and satisfying. The hotel plans to expand these services in the future. If you’re interested, it’s advisable to book at least 30 minutes ahead at the reception. Alternatively, for more options, consider using external spas nearby for a wider range of treatments.

Dining: Restaurants, cuisine options, dining experience

The dining experience at Sapa Lodge Sapa was a mix of highs and lows. The highlight of my stay was the Ngon restaurant located on-site. They offered a delicious spread of local and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The view from the balcony where we had our lunch was breathtaking.

However, I ordered vegetable rice which turned out to be dry and tasteless. It seemed like it had been cooked a day before. Even the fried chicken I ordered was dry and tough.

I had a fantastic experience at Sapa Lodge Hotel, where the customer service truly shone. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and addressed any inquiries promptly. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel truly welcomed. 

The facilities provided were top-notch, adding to my stay’s overall convenience and enjoyment. However, on the downside, there were moments when the response time to requests was a bit slow, which could be improved.

Additionally, while the spa offers basic services, there’s room for improvement in variety. Despite these aspects, the hotel provides comfortable accommodations with scenic views and friendly service.
