Despite arriving late in the rain, the receptionist warmly welcomed me and even offered me delicious cinnamon tea. The staff went above and beyond, assisting with my luggage and making me feel at home. I was thrilled when they allowed me to check in early at 7 am at no extra cost and upgraded me to a room with a stunning mountain view. 

They were so accommodating, even arranging Fansipan tickets for me. When I returned from exploring the villages, they stored my luggage for free and let me freshen up in a complimentary room. They also helped me arrange a taxi to the train station and sent me off with a snack. Their exceptional hospitality made my stay unforgettable.
