Arriving in Sapa on a rainy day, I found solace staying on the 4th floor of Sapa Legend Hotel & Spa, where I enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the tranquil blue Sapa Lake amidst drifting fog over the Ham Rong mountain range. This stunning scenery lifted my spirits! The room was impressively spacious, especially on the 4th floor, providing a comfortable retreat.
I never had to worry about hot water – whether for showering or soaking in the tub, it was always readily available. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with luxurious complimentary toiletries, adding a touch of pampering to my stay. The bed was cozy, and the mattress offered excellent support for a restful sleep.
However, one thing that could be improved was the speed of the Wi-Fi in the room. It was a bit slow at times, which made it challenging to stay connected.

Visiting the spa at Sapa Legend Hotel & Spa was a real treat for me. The Red Dao herbal bath was the standout experience, unlike any spa treatment I’ve had before. As I stepped into the serene spa environment, I immediately felt relaxed.
The staff warmly welcomed me and explained the benefits of the Red Dao herbal bath, which uses traditional herbs known for their healing properties. The bath itself was soothing and aromatic, filling the air with a pleasant fragrance that enhanced the calming atmosphere. I could feel the tension melting away as I soaked in the warm herbal waters. Afterward, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed, like I had been pampered from head to toe.

Dining at Cat Cat Restaurant in Sapa Legend Hotel & Spa was a delightful experience overall. The blend of Asian and European decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere that I appreciated. I had the opportunity to try some delicious Sapa specialties like the Sturgeon hotpot and salmon hotpot, which were flavorful and satisfying.
However, one thing that didn’t quite meet my expectations was the Shashimi – it lacked the freshness and texture I was hoping for. Despite this, the restaurant’s ability to accommodate up to 165 guests and its large LED screen for Gala parties were impressive features.
Customer Service: Staff Friendliness, Responsiveness To Needs
The receptionists at Sapa Legend Hotel & Spa were incredibly helpful; one even prepared our breakfast early so we could take it on our hike to Fansipan Mountain at 6:30 AM, packed perfectly for our journey. They also managed to arrange the hike for us on short notice, which was a relief.
The entire staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. In the restaurant, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious, catering to our tastes. They also recommended some amazing spots around Sapa that made our trip even more memorable.
