I came to the Sapa Charm Hotel Sapa in the middle of winter, and let me tell you, it was freezing outside. But thankfully, the hotel’s heating system is top-notch. Despite the below-zero temperatures outside, my room was warm and cozy.
The spacious and modern furnishings made for a comfortable stay, plus I had an amazing view of the mountains and clouds from my room. However, there was a small hiccup when it came to the bathroom – our towels and shower glass weren’t as clean as I would have liked them to be.

After a long day of exploring Sapa and taking stunning photos, the Spa facility at Sapa Charm Hotel was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The spa had a team of skilled professionals who provided excellent body massages, foot massages, and aromatherapy treatments. They knew exactly how to soothe my tired muscles and rejuvenate my mind.
The ambiance of the spa was calming and peaceful, allowing me to truly escape from the outside world. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized, ready for another day of adventure in beautiful Sapa. If you’re looking for some well-deserved relaxation during your stay at Sapa Charm Hotel, I highly recommend their fantastic spa facilities!

I was thrilled to find out that Sapa Charm Hotel Sapa has the first indoor hot water swimming pool in Sapa. The warm and clear water was like a gem in the chilly weather of Sapa, making it my favorite spot at the hotel. The surrounding walls were beautifully decorated, giving off a luxurious and elegant vibe that helped me relax even more. Even though the pool was small, it was perfect for my kids to swim comfortably. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy this unique amenity during my stay.

I enjoyed the dining options available at Sapa Charm Hotel Sapa. While the breakfast buffet offered many choices, I wished for a more extensive selection. For lunch and dinner, I could order from the restaurant menu, which featured a delightful fusion of Asian and European cuisine. Situated on the 9th floor, the restaurant offered stunning views and could accommodate up to 450 guests. The excellent wine selection complemented the delicious dishes perfectly.

I found the staff at Sapa Charm Hotel Sapa to be friendly and eager to assist. However, I noticed that there wasn’t a bell staff available, so my family and I had to carry our luggage to our room on our own. Despite this, the staff members were always approachable and ready to provide helpful information about the hotel and the local area.
Their friendliness made me feel welcome. Overall, while there may have been a small inconvenience with the luggage, the staff’s responsiveness and warmth made up for it.
