The amenities offered were top-notch, from the cozy bed to the luxurious bathroom fittings. There were various room options available to suit different budgets, and even though I opted for one of the more affordable rooms, it exceeded my expectations. The space was well-utilized and impeccably clean. The bedroom itself followed the hotel’s overall architectural direction and had beautifully arranged furniture. While there was some noise at night, it didn’t significantly impact my overall experience with my family at this amazing hotel.

Besides, I had the pleasure of indulging in the exquisite amenities, notably the Le Grand Bassin hot water swimming pool spread across floors 5 and 6. This stunning indoor pool is renowned as Vietnam’s most beautiful. Despite the chilly outdoor temperatures, the pool’s warm waters provided a sanctuary for relaxation. 

As I lounged in the water, I gazed up at the clouds drifting over Sapa and watched as lanterns cast mesmerizing shadows on the pool’s bottom. The soothing backdrop of melodious music further enhanced the tranquil atmosphere, creating moments of pure bliss and rejuvenation.

As I entered the Absinthe bar on the top floor of Hotel De La Coupole M Gallery, I was immediately drawn to the elegant ambiance and stunning decor. The brown cabinet with bold Indochina decorative motifs added a touch of nostalgia, complementing the contemporary design perfectly. Sipping on a cocktail while surrounded by beloved books curated by the hotel designer created a cozy atmosphere that felt like a journey back in time.

The selection of cocktails and premium wines at the Absinthe bar was impressive, catering to both adventurous drinkers and those with more refined tastes. The snacks offered were delicious and complemented the drinks well.

I had the pleasure of dining at the renowned Chic Restaurant at Hotel De La Coupole MGallery in Sapa on the 10th floor, which truly serves as the heart of the hotel. The elegant ambiance, reminiscent of a snow-white palace, set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. What I loved most was the ever-changing menu, offering a delightful surprise with each visit. 

The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, featuring a wide array of delicious and nutritious dishes, including fresh fruit juices, eggs, sausages, beef stew, cakes, and the flavorful Bac Ha Pho. For lunch, I indulged in stone sprouts with braised pork, lobster soup, spaghetti, and the exquisite Sapa salmon hotpot, expertly prepared by the talented chefs at Chic Restaurant. I’ve gotta admit that I certainly come back to this hotel if I had a chance to go to Sapa again.

Despite my early arrival, they went above and beyond to accommodate me with an early check-in, allowing me to access my room at 10:00 a.m. instead of the scheduled 2:00 p.m.
