I had the most wonderful stay at Eden Boutique Hotel Sapa. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk from the bustling heart of Sapa Town. It was so convenient to explore all the top tourist attractions like Quang Truong Square and Sun Plaza Shopping Center. But what truly took my breath away were the stunning views from my room and balcony. I could see the majestic mountains and expansive rice terraces right from my window! It was like a dream come true to wake up to such natural beauty every morning.

My trip to Eden Boutique Hotel Sapa at the end of 2023 had its pros and cons. Despite booking a Deluxe Double Balcony room, the ongoing construction next door was a major downside, with daily noise and construction dust seeping into our room due to a faulty balcony door. However, the breathtaking mountain view from our balcony was a definite highlight. I also enjoyed the quirky mirrored elevator and found the bed to be spacious and very comfortable. It was interesting to note the typical Asian bathroom feature of a window within the room overlooking the bathtub.
Additionally, we utilized the laundry service, but unfortunately, some of our clothes were damaged with bleach. Although they offered a small discount, it didn’t fully cover the cost of the ruined items. We hope the hotel can take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.
