Cancelation & Refund Policy

For bus, limousine & private car

• More than 10 days prior to your departure date: 100% refund but with USD 3 / person as handling fee
• Between 5 – 10 days prior to your departure date: 30% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
• Between 2 – 5 days prior to your departure date: 50% of the total price is charged
• Within 2 days prior to your departure date: No refund
• Passenger not showing up: No refund

For train ticket

• 30 + days prior to departure: a fee of 35% of the total ticket value will be applied
• 29-16 days prior to departure: a fee of 50% of the total ticket value will be applied
• Within 16 days of departure: 100% of the total ticket value will be charged

For day tour & package tour

• More than 30 days prior to your departure date: 100% refund but with USD 5 / person as handling fee
• Between 10 – 30 days prior to your departure date: 35% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
• Between 3 – 10 days prior to your departure date: 50% of the total price is charged
• Within 3 days prior to your departure date: 100% of total price is charged
