However, we noticed that the balcony door had a slight leak, which allowed some noise from a nearby barking dog to filter in, though this was a minor issue. One small suggestion would be to replace the toilet mat for better water absorption.

Later, despite having checked out earlier in the day, they graciously offered us access to shower facilities before our departure, following a day of trekking. Throughout our stay, the staff was always ready to assist with any request, whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or arranging transportation. Their genuine care and hospitality made our time in Sapa comfortable and memorable.
