The tour guide from Travel will pick you up at the designated gathering point in District 1 by bus.

Along the way, enjoy the scenic transformation from the bustling city to the serene countryside. Admire rice paddies, charming roadside vendors, flocks of ducks, and water buffalo swimming in rivers, surrounded by increasingly lush greenery.

Upon arrival, explore the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an intricate network spanning over 220 km. Crawl through narrow passages and discover the interconnected kitchens, bunkers, hospitals, and meeting rooms. Sit back and watch an insightful documentary about the tunnels and the locally crafted traps used during wartime.

Visit the weapons room and learn how ingenious Viet Cong soldiers crafted their equipment. Step into the shoes of a Viet Cong fighter as you navigate the tunnels, which stretch over 155 miles (250 km), and experience a traditional gun shooting area. Explore underground networks of hideouts, sleeping quarters, meeting rooms, hospitals, and the Hoang Cam Stove, where tapioca – the staple wartime food – was prepared.

The tunnels are narrow, providing just enough space for one person to crawl through, although some sections have been widened for visitors. Discover how the 10–13 feet (3–4 m) thick upper soil could support a 55-ton (50 mT) tank and withstand bomb explosions.

After completing the Cu Chi Tour, your guide will drop you off at either the District 1 center or the original pick-up point.
